The 29^th National Exhibition of Handicrafts was inaugurated with the participation of officials and authorities and also enthusiastic persons of this section on Saturday 25^th August 2018.

The Twenty Ninth National Exhibition of Handicrafts was launched with the Hosting by Member of the board and Administrator of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company, Mr. Abbas Ghobadi; and also the presence of the Vice President and Head of the Iranian Cultural Heritage - Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, Mr. Ali Asghar Munesan; Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Mr. Ali Akbar Salehi; Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Mr. Ali Shamkhani; and also Vice President for Women and Family Affairs, Ms. Masoumeh Ebtekar and their delegations and the accompanying officials on Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

This report points out that:

470 domestic companies have participated on this exhibition on 16,000 square meters of exhibition space that they display their latest innovations and productions on various types of traditional textile-tissues & clothes, the traditional arts related to architecture, traditional ceramics & tiles, Pottery, and handicrafts to the visitors.
