Code of Conduct for employees of the International Exhibitions Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran

In The Name of God

With submission to the will of the Almighty God and in direction of acquiring the consent of the Lord and the maintenance of public benefits and serving to citizens, I, hereby, shall oblige myself to adhere to the principles of this charter. 

• Honor of being in the favor of Islamic dignities and the values taken from Islamic revolution of Iran and doing the religious duties especially the decree of doing good and prohibition of wrongdoing;
• Observing orderliness - adornment - punctuality- responsibility- politeness, justice and equity;
• Believing in the Participation, group working, organizational integration, observing consciousness and being convinced that working means worshiping;
• Honoring the clients and respecting  their personalities and reputations, and making effort to offer honest services, also to respond them in an opportune, transparent and precise manner without any expectation; 
• Knowing the authorization and responsibilities of employees, between whom exists direct working relation; also being aware of company’s  rules and regulation in order to perform the works in an optimal and adequate manner;

• Intellectuality, Interaction and cooperation with other employees; Innovation, having initiative and looking for gaining achievements and presenting modern values to offer adequate services and to develop the  level of science and knowledge corresponding to description of  functions;

• Observing the rules and regulations, protecting the public fund and avoiding the prodigality and miserliness;

• Using the recommendations and taking appropriate measures to develop and improve activities of the company;
• Attending to the necessities of quality policy for the realization of objectives and comprehensive applied programs of company;
• Giving guidance and presenting necessary information to employees to keep on offering better services and speeding up their performance;
