The Coordination Council meeting of Public Relations Managers of the Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade was held with the presence of Advisor to the Minister, Chairman of the board & Managing Director of the Islamic Republic of IRAN International Exhibitions Company (IIEC), Dr. Zamani and also Head of the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade, Dr. Torabi, on this morning.

According to the reporting by the Public Relations and International Affairs of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, in this meeting; Advisor to the Minister, Chairman of the board & Managing Director of the Islamic Republic of IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Dr. Zamani, welcomed the public relations managers of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and asked them to presenting the capabilities of the industries and mines of our country for display in IRAN pavilion on Expo 2020 Dubai with cooperation by the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company and considered it as a priority in their programs for the Iranian pavilion.

He also asked the members and the chairman of this council to help the news publication of Expo 2020 Dubai to realize the glorious presence of our country in this global event and use this unique opportunity to show the capabilities of our country.

It is noteworthy that; Head of the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade, Dr. Torabi also stated in this meeting that: “organizing an information campaign to reflect the news and process of the World Expo 2020 Dubai is on the agenda of the Public Relations Managers Coordination Council.”

Director of Iran Expo Committee, Mr. Deilan and also Manager of the Public Relations and International Affairs of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company and Head of the Public Relations, Information and Advertising Committee of Iran Expo Committee, Mr. Amoli emphasized in this meeting that: there is a special responsibility for Coordinating Council of Public Relations Managers to promote the expo event; and also expressed the views of the importance of the expo in the social and economic fields too.

It must be mentioned that, the following issues were on the agenda, which after discussion and exchange of views were approved by the members in order to implement them in this meeting; some of them are included:

- How to create and manage a content supply team with the aim of strengthening the information process and helping the public relations of affiliated organizations.

- Compilation of roadmap, strategy and work plan of affiliated public relations on three short-term, medium-term and long-term levels.
