The coordination meeting to commemorate the "Global Exhibitions Day" was held with the presence of the managers of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company and also the other exhibition industry activists, in Isfahan Hall at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

According to the reporting by the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company (IIEC PR), this meeting was arranged by the Advisor to Minister of Industry - Mine & Trade, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Dr. Hassan Zamani with the presence of  Deputy of Exhibition Affairs, Mr. Mohammad Javad Ghanbari; Manager of Public Relations and International Affairs, Mr. Hamid Reza Amoli and also a group of managers of exhibition companies and presidents of exhibition organizers, booth builders and other exhibition industry activists for planning to hold the glorious Global Exhibitions Day.

At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy of Exhibition Affairs of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Mr. Ghanbari while congratulating the "Eid Al-Fitr" (The last day of Ramadan); announced that: " the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company has planned an glorious ceremony to celebrate the Global Exhibitions Day."

In continuation of this meeting; Manager of the Public Relations and International Affairs of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Mr. Amoli emphasized on holding a magnificent ceremony with the presence of the persons who those involved in the exhibition industry and considered this ceremony as a suitable opportunity to celebrate the achievements of this industry activists too.

Following this meeting; the activists of the exhibition industry and the managers of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions company exchanged their views and made decisions to hold a glorious celebration of the Global Exhibitions Day.

Some decisions which taken at this meeting to commemorate the Global Exhibitions Day are included: invitation of the Minister of Industry – Mine & Trade and also the vice-chancellor of this ministry; as well as Advisor to the Minister of Industry – Mine & Trade, Chairman of the Board and Managing director of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Dr. Zamani; to attend and speak at the ceremony; invitation of other officials to attend on this ceremony; build separate booths for exhibition industry activists with the participation of provincial exhibition sites; facilitating the large exhibition stand with banners and equip the large stage and waterfront; hosting and perform cultural and artistic programs and display a video about the activities of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company in last year; the invitation and appreciation of the veterans of the exhibition industry; the appreciation and awarding the memorial plaques to the leading activists of the exhibition industry and the appreciation the National Task Force for Fighting Corona virus and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education observers too.

It is noteworthy that, the Global Exhibitions Day ceremony will be held on June 2, 2021, in Tehran International Permanent Fairground with the presence of activists and veterans of the exhibition industry in accordance with the health protocols approved by National Task Force for Fighting Corona virus.
