International competitions of the eleventh Robo Cup Iran Open 2016 were inaugurated with the participation of officials and authorities and also enthusiastic of this section, on this morning, Tuesday 5^th April 2016.

According to reporting by the public relations and international affairs of I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company:

The eleventh Robo Cup Iran Open 2016 was launched with the participation of Science and Technology Vice President, Mr.Satari; head of the Iranian Robo Cup National Committee, Mr. Moosakhani and a group of foreign guests and ambassadors, on Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

Above mentioned officials was accompanied by the Deputy Minister – Chairman of the board & Managing Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company, Mr.Esfahbodi and his delegations at this exhibition too.

This report points out that:

314 Iranian teams and also 10 foreign teams from 10 countries including: Germany, U.S.A, England, Afghanistan, Portugal, Japan, China, Mexico, Canada and Netherlands participated on the eleventh Robo Cup Iran Open 2016 that they display their latest achievements in the field of producing and directing intelligent and semi-intelligent robots during these competitions on more than 13,700 square meters of exhibition space.
