During a ceremony attended by Advisor to the Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company, Dr. Zamani and the CEO of the Armenian Exhibitions Company, Mr. Robert; in the presence of Ambassador of the I.R.IRAN in Armenia Dr. Badakhshan Zohori; a MOU was signed in order to expand bilateral exhibition cooperation.

According to the reporting by the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company (I.I.E.C PR), in this ceremony, which was held on the sidelines of the Islamic Republic of IRAN Solo Exhibition in Yerevan; the parties emphasized on the need to expand exhibition cooperation between Iran and Armenia and the necessity of holding bilateral specialized exhibitions too.

It should be noted that Iran and Armenia have extensive trade relations with a long history and for a long time, so, signing the exhibition cooperation agreement between these two countries can be considered as a big step to facilitate trade and economic relations between them.
